Prescription Refills
To have your prescriptions refilled, please call your pharmacy and make the request. Your pharmacy will contact our office electronically with the request. Please do not ask for prescription refills via the patient portal or via our office phone number. Starting with your pharmacy is the fastest and most efficient way to complete this request.
Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact out office 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice will incur a $50 late cancellation fee.
